Some though may not know about his work on the Cheyenne County Kansas Community Foundation (CCKCF). Through his generous donation, the St. Francis Educational Foundation Fund was created offering several scholarships to local students. To honor Mr. Werner’s dedication to the school and the community, CCKCF has named him as an Emeritus Board Member. All are welcome to contribute.
